PromptMarket respects intellectual property rights and protects the copyright of all Creators and buyers.
Creator Copyright
All prompts uploaded to PromptMarket remain the intellectual property of the respective Creator. The platform is granted only a non-exclusive license necessary to operate the service.
Original Content Requirement
All Creators may only upload prompts they have personally created. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Copying and reselling another Creator's prompts without permission
- Re-uploading existing products with minor modifications
- Using copyrighted text or structures without authorization
Buyer Usage Rights
Buyers may use purchased prompts in personal and commercial projects. However, reselling or redistributing the prompt files themselves to third parties is strictly prohibited.

If you discover content that infringes your copyright, please contact copyright@promto.kr. Confirmed infringements will result in content removal within 24 hours.
