PromptMarket operates a fair refund policy that takes into account the nature of digital products.
General Policy
Digital products (prompt files) are generally non-refundable once downloaded. This is because digital goods cannot be returned once accessed.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The purchased file cannot be opened or downloaded
- The product content significantly differs from its description
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- Prompts do not function as described
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact support@promto.kr within 7 days of purchase. Refund processing takes 3–5 business days after submission.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. For Stripe payments, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
