How to File a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on PromptMarket infringes your copyright, please send an email to dmca@promto.kr with the following information:

Your name and contact information (or your authorized agent)
Description of the original copyrighted work and a link to it
The URL of the infringing content on PromptMarket
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate

Process

1Notice received and acknowledged (within 24 hours)
2Content reviewed (1–3 business days)
3Infringing content removed immediately upon confirmation
4Creator notified of removal

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@promto.kr. We will review the counter-notice and determine whether to restore the content.
