Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the digital product sales service provided by PromptMarket ("Service").
Article 2 — Service Use
Purchased digital products (prompt files) may be used for personal and commercial projects. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves is prohibited.
Article 3 — Creator Rules
Creators selling prompts must only upload original content they have personally created. Accounts may be suspended for misleading descriptions, copyright infringement, or spam content.
Article 4 — Disclaimer
The quality of AI-generated content from prompts may vary depending on changes in AI service providers. PromptMarket is not liable for such changes.
Article 5 — Account Termination
PromptMarket may terminate accounts or restrict service access without prior notice in case of Terms of Service violations.
